Shipping Policy

Processing

✧  All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your confirmation email. Order processing times are separate from shipping times you see at checkout.

  • You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. Keep in mind all jewelry is handmade so please allow up to 7 days to receive shipping confirmation.
  • If you place a custom order please allow 2-3 weeks for your unique piece to be made + have it shipped to you

✧  All items ship worldwide from New York

Shipping is calculated by weight + location via USPS

  • Domestic
    • First Class: 3-5 Business days (Free on orders $100+)
    • Priority Mail: 2-3 Business days
    • Priority Mail Express: 1-2 Business days 
  • International
    • First Class International: 6-18 Business days (Free on orders $100+)
    • Priority Mail: 6-12 Business days (up to $50 insurance)
    • Priority Mail Express: 3-5 Business days (up to $100 insurance)

*Estimates are provided but there may be delays due to USPS that are out of our hands*

✧  Once items are shipped and leave our facility, we are not responsible for items missing, lost, or damaged by carrier. 

✧  Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Orion Sky is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as a customer 

How Do I Check the Status of my Order?

✧  When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
